I am a chartered chemical engineer and safety risk management expert. I spent over 15 years developing my technical and consulting expertise in major hazard industries - oil & gas, petrochemicals, and utilities.

In this period, I became more aware of the climate issue and began to look for ways to channel my expertise into effecting change in the process and energy industries. Once I realised how much more fulfilling it is to work with companies aligned with my values, I founded Soter Safety Consulting.

My mission is to help startup companies in the clean technology space develop effective strategies and the framework to create safe and healthy workplaces and minimise process safety risks, so that they can focus on what they do best – developing the technologies and products that will move us towards a cleaner, greener, more sustainable future.
